  • Ron Rogers

    Ron Rogers, PE, is the founder and president of the company and will oversee all aspects of any projects assigned by Bay County. Mr. Rogers has been with the firm for 8-years. Prior to founding Gulf Environmental Engineering Mr. Rogers work for Rogers Construction for 5-years, Baskerville-Donovan for 4 years, and CW Roberts Construction for 3 years.

    Mr. Rogers has experience with a wide variety of civil engineering projects. His primary responsibilities include stormwater engineering, site development, and dredge design and permitting. Ron served as the lead engineer and project manager for the only private dredge that allowed the permanent transplantation of seagrass in Bay County. He also has served as the storm water engineer for the City of Niceville and completed numerous stormwater retrofits for municipalities. Mr. Rogers was the project engineer for the construction of the Bridge Over Grand Lagoon.

    Mr. Rogers previously worked for Eastern Shipbuilding Group, CW Roberts, Inc., and Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc.

  • Bryan Alomodovar

    Mr. Alomodovar has worked for GEE for the last 5 years. He is capable of completing preliminary and final designs. Bryan is an expert working with AutoCAD and in 3-D Modeling. His experience includes project management for private developers. His primary responsibility will be AutoCAD and stormwater modeling.

    Mr. Alomodovar previously worked for Eastern Shipbuilding Group.
